There will an annual examination, minimum three periodic tests and regular class tests during the academic year which begins in June and ends in March. Students will have to submit project works and assignments. Promotion to the next higher class will be based on the student’s overall performance rather than his/her performance at the final examination alone.

Examination is based on the revised curriculum prepared in accordance with the concept of continuous evaluation and grading system. Class tests, Unit tests, Model tests and Term Examinations will be conducted. All the results will be considered while determining the grade and eligibility for promotion.

Anyone found guilty of mal practices in the examination will be debarred from the rest of      the examination and strict disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.

The result of the examinations is final and will not be reconsidered.

Inability to write the examinations shall be reported to the Principal in times.

 Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or defiance of authority, malpractice in connection with examinations, lack of sufficient improvement in conduct and studies even after warning or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student.  The decision of the authority shall be final in this matter.

Minimum qualifying grade in the subjects is (i.e. 33%)

Progress will be reported to the parents after every examination. Failure to take part in the  examination will adversary affects promotion.
