GUIDELINES TO THE PARENTS
 

                       To mould the personality of students is a joint responsibility of the parents and the school. In fact education begins at home. The first teacher of a child is parent. Any effort made by the teacher will be fruitful only of the parents extend their whole-hearted co-operation in every field of education. Hence maximum co-operation is earnestly solicited. As such, parents/guardian are requested:

01. To provide your kids proper uniform, text books, note books and other learning materials in the begining of the session itself.
02. To ensure that your ward carries text books, note books and other required materials to school daily according to the time table.
03. To provide enough time at home for lesson and assignments.
04.  To look into the child’s diary and to see that the lesson and home assaignments for the next day are done by the child under  your supervision.
05. To see that record of home work and progress report if signed after checking the work.
06. To see the fee is paid in time..
07.   Please see whether your wards respect the rules and regulations of the institution.
08.  Please check the diary daily and note the remarks and information and sign. Also make sure that the diary is taken daily to the  School.
09. Please sign the answer paper and progress report and return as soon as possible.
10. Parents should insist your wards to respect and obey the principal and teachers.
11.  Make sure that the students are regular and punctual in attendance, in class and exams with full uniform.
12.Encourage and motivate your wards to study and revise the lessons daily.
13. Any suggestion for the betterment of the children are welcome.
14. All messages conveyed by the principal/teacher should properly be responded.
15. Any message from the parents to the principal/teacher can be written in the diary.
16. Parents should co-operate with the school authorities for the improvement of the children.
17. Parents must not contact the children personally or by phone during class time without principal’s permission.
18. Please do not send the child while he/she is ill and make sure leave letter / medical certificate is sent in time.
19.  Outings, tours, visits etc. should be avoided on working days.
20. Parents should take interest to visit the principal/teachers through principal for discussing the progress of the child occasionally.
21. Parents should not meet any staff or student without principal’s permission.
22.   Open critical remarks or complaints about teachers or about this institution should be avoided.Such matters can be discussed  with the principal or school management personaly.
23. All parents should participate in open house without fail.
24.   Change of address or phone numbers should be intimated to the principal immediately.
25.  Please encourage your ward to participate in school programmes and co-curricular activities etc.
